    Flat Rate Pricing is now available for all Common Plumbing Problems. No More Time and Materials. Our Technician will Assess the problem and quote you a price. You Approve The Price Before We Start.

  • Plumbing Service Agreements

    General Plumbing Inspection

    • Dye Test all Toilets - To determine if there is a leak. A leak could use gallons of water a day causing you to pay a higher water bill than necessary.
    • Check all Faucets - A leaky Faucet could waste gallons of water a day. This can cause further damage, resulting in costly repairs.
    • Check all exposed Water Supply Lines - Supply lines can deteriorate over time and even burst. Deteriorating Lines can be detected and Replaced before they cause Damage.
    • Check all Sink Piping - Deteriorated Traps and fittings can be Detected and Replaced before they cause any damage.
    • Check Washer Hoses - Hoses deteriorate with time and can burst and cause damage.
    • Check All water Shutoffs for proper Operation - Shut off valves that do not work lead to much larger problems.

    Gas Water Heater

    • Check Pilot - A dirty pilot can cause your Water Heater to stop producing Hot Water.
    • Check Thermocouple - A defective or worn out Thermocouple could prevent your Water Heater from lighting and leave you without hot water.
    • Inspect your Water Heater Vent Pipe - Deteriorating Vent pipe can allow Dangerous gases to enter your home.
    • Check for Gas Leaks - We will Check your gas line from your Water Heater Gas Shut off valve to the burners on your Hot Water Heater.
    • Check for Water Leaks - Leaks may indicate a serious problem. When leaks are found early, appropiate action can be taken.
    • Check Temperature and Pressure Relief Valve - A non functioning Relief valve may not open when it needs to. This could result in pressure building up inside the Water Heater Tank to Dangerous levels.
    • Check The Drain Valve - This valve is used for flushing the Water Heater and Draining the Tank for Repairs or Replacement

    Electric Water Heater

    • Check Operation of All Elements - One or more elements may be burned out and you going without an adequate supply of Hot Water needlessly.
